· $200.00* PER TEAM - INCLUDES $20.00 BIG BASS POT/ $10.00 PER DAY. ALL ENTRIES RECEIVED AFTER OCT. 10, 2010 WILL BE CHARGED A $20.00 LATE FEE.
· CONFIRMATIONS WILL BE SENT TO ALL TEAMS
· THERE IS A MAXIMUM 300 BOAT / 300 TEAM LIMIT. FISH WITH WIFE, CHILDREN, OR YOUR FRIENDS. ENTER EARLY TO GET A SPOT.
· YOU MUST RESIDE IN THE STATE OF INDIANA, AND ALL BOATS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE STATE OF INDIANA. INDIANA DRIVER LICENSE WILL BE REQUIRED AT PAYOFF, UNLESS GRANDFATHERED IN BY TED’S AQUA MARINE OR TOURNAMENT DIRECTORS.
· A KENTUCKY FISHING LICENSE WILL BE NEEDED BEFORE TAKE-OFF.
· ALL EVENTS WILL BE LOCAL PADUCAH TIME.
· TOURNAMENT WILL BE RUN UNDER TOURNAMENT DIRECTORS DISCREATION AND COMMON SENSE.

· WE WILL FISH FRIDAY 7AM – 4 PM (OR FIRST DAYLIGHT), SAT. 7AM-2PM(OR FIRST DAYLIGHT)
· MINIMUM FISH SIZE LIMIT IS 15 INCHES AND 8 FISH LIMIT PER TEAM

In signing this entry form, I hereby waive and release all other contestants, the sponsors and tournament officials from all claims of injury and / or damage incurred in connections with this tournament. I further understand and agree that the tournament committee reserves the right to refund this entry fee if it shall choose for any reason not to accept this entry form. 1. CHEATING: Cheating will not be tolerated. Deceiving tournament officials or doing anything deemed an unfair advantage may lead to disqualification. Any cheating concerning a teams catch will lead to prosecution to the fullest. By signing entry contestants agree to a polygraph test at the discretion of tournament officials. Refusing to take test will lead to forfeit of all awards and banishment from future tournaments.
2. CONFIRMATIONS: A confirmation will be sent to one team member indicating your entry has been received.
3. BOAT AND MOTORS: All boats must be equipped with a lanyard type kill switch. Boat must be at least 14 feet in length. Trolling as a method of fishing is not allowed. Stick steering is considered dangerous and will not be permitted. Tiller steering is legal. Every boat must have a working aerated live well large enough to hold and maintain a live limit of fish.
4. HORSEPOWER REGULATIONS: Your boat must not exceed the B.I.A. horsepower rating on your boat.
5. TACKLE AND EQUIPMENT: Only artificial lures may be used. No live or prepared bait will be permitted with the exception of pork strips or rind etc.. Only one rod and reel may be used at one time, rods shall not be more than 8 feet in length.
6. SAFETY: Safe boating conduct should be observed at all times. Competitors must wear chest type life vest any time big engine is running. No exceptions. Violations of this run will be reason for disqualification. Lanyard must be attached to boat and driver when big motor is running.
7. PERMITTED FISHING LOCATIONS: Fishing on tournament waters is permitted anywhere except: within 50 yards of any gas pump, any area designated by the state or federal officials, within 50 yards of another competitor who is anchored, or any other water determined by tournament officials. A boat is considered anchored if the trolling motor is out of the water and is tied to an anchor on the bottom or a stationary object that is attached to the bottom. A boat must be anchored before another competitor is within the 50 yard radius. Anchored boat shall not permit selected competitors inside the radius. Fishing is not permitted inside Kentucky Dam Marina area. All angling must be done from the boat.
8. RULINGS: The tournament officials shall reserve all rights for rule interpretations. Furthermore, tournament officials have the authority to announce or present any rule revisions as deemed appropriate Violating a rule will be reason for disqualification.
9. SPORTSMANSHIP: Competitors are expected to follow high standards of sportsmanship, courtesy, safety, and conservation. Alcohol and drugs are not permitted in boat during tournament hours.
10. TIES: All monies will be totaled and split equally. A coin toss will decide who gets plaques.
11. PROTESTS: Protest against another competitor must be in writing, signed and in the hands of tournament director within 15 minutes after scales are closed.
12. OFFICIAL RESULTS: Results will be posted at www.hoosieropen.com & www.ted’saquamarine.com as soon as possible after tournament.
