Regarding ties in ALL regular season events
Hoosier Open rule 15 was not clear to define tie breakers.  
Tie breakers for points standings will be determined by the following criteria:
1. Total number of fish
2. Total number of live fish
3. Big Bass weight
4. If tie still remains, points will be awarded equally.
